Lateness Policy

Starting on time is very important. If an individual is late for an in-person session or a Zoom session, we reserve the right to shorten the appointment time in order to stay on schedule for other clients.

For Zoom sessions, we always call within 15 minutes of our scheduled start time and this will not be deducted from your session time. If you are not available we will wait up to 5 minutes. If you are not available within 20 minutes of our scheduled start time, then we will deem the session a "no show" and it will be charged accordingly (see below).
 

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

All appointments scheduled must be cancelled or rescheduled with 24-hours notice to avoid being charged for the session. All cancellations with less than 24-hours are subject to a fee of 100% of the session cost regardless of the length of the session.

Sessions that are "No Show" with no notice of cancellation are charged the full amount of the session. 

 

It is your sole responsibility to contact your coach in advance if you need to cancel and/or reschedule a coaching session. In addition it is your responsibility to contact your coach  for rescheduling of your sessions.

Lapsed Services

We understand life happens and circumstances may prevent you from starting or even completing your coaching within an appropriate timeline. However, if you pay for coaching services and fail to start or go weeks or months between sessions, you forfeit any payments received and no refunds will be issued.

 

Attempts will be made to provide you with a comparable service through a digital product or online program within one (1) year of your initial payment.

Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds on coaching services. All deposits paid are strictly non-refundable and no refunds will apply to your purchase of any coaching package unless specific and unexpected circumstances arise that prevent us from delivering that package to you.

Satisfaction Policy

If for any reason related to the quality of service provided by one of our coaches or team members attempts will be made to move you to a different coach or provide you with a comparable service through a digital product or online program within one (1) year of your initial payment.

We are Certified Life and Relationship Coaches, not physicians, psychiatrists or medical professionals. We’ve been trained to provide guidance, relationship skills & education, emotional support and encouragement. We help clients reach their relationship goals but we can’t and don't diagnose or treat mental illnesses. Relationship coaching is not psychotherapy or a substitute for licensed counseling, medical advice or substance abuse treatment.
